How to power speakers - new system or amps?

The Monoliths
I have built these for my system but my Kenwood VR-517 is not enough to power these monsters. I knew this going into the project.
They are 5'11" tall by 2'0 deep and 13" wide. The speakers are kickers and pyles. Each tower has 2 12" L3's and a 10" L3 kicker. There are 2 5"inch pyles and 2 1" pyle titinum tweeters. Each of the kickers are in their own separate box with their own port. The lower 12" speakers I want to use as subwoofers for surround mode. The remaining 12", 10" and mids and tweets are for left and right surround sound or for listening to music.
Total max watts for each tower is about 3000 watts. I know this looks like over kill but we like to crank it up on the weekends.
I have found some amps on the internet that would work for these. One amp is 3000 watts peak and the other is 1500 watts peak.
The question I have is do they make a an AV tuner that has preouts to do this? Or maybe you have an ideal that will work? I attached a picture of these as my daughter calls them MONOLITHS. I await your response.
Thanks Eugene
